The Countess of Mar becomes a patron of reMEmber
We are delighted to announce that the Countess of Mar has accepted our invitation to become a patron of reMEmber.
A vacancy arose because Sir Nicholas Soames, who had been a patron since 2005, has relinquished all his patronages now that he has left Parliament. We are very grateful to Sir Nicholas for the help he has given reMEmber over the years and we wish him well for the future.
We have known the Countess of Mar for many years. She invited us to be one of the founder members of Forward-ME in 2008. She has worked tirelessly on behalf of CFS/ME sufferers and will continue to do so even though she is no longer taking her seat in the House of Lords.
